Merry Christmas Eve audience! Have you ever thought of what would it be like you had a Christmas tree with everythingness? With all of the other gadgets that could exist, I think the smart holiday tree is a sleeper hit. Yes, this is incredibly silly. However, here are three things the technological Christmas tree should do!
You should have a webcam and a touch screen on the tree. Maybe dress the screen with tinsel. And when you get your presents you can Facebook it right from the tree. Everyone will know of your Wii-U greatness when you tweet it from your gloriously covered pine. I’m kind of surprised if this hasn’t been done yet the more I think of it.
Second, I added in that camera purposely. You could easily Skype from the Christmas tree. That way, not only does grandma get to see you open the presents, She gets to see it from an angle that feels like she’s already with you. And this would be an easy way to record your family opening presents too.
Lastly though, you could do so much with a smart tree. You could have some scheduled light shows from the tree. Perhaps you could stash the presents under the tree and create a perimeter alarm so the younglings wont steal a peek at their gifts. This holiday just gets better and better.
